The broaching machine and tools are made specially for your products. Please contact our sales team and provide broaching drawings or product samples for evaluation.We will make the best recommendation and provide complete technical offers.
* ##### In addition to broaching machines, do you supply jigs and broach tools?  
Yes. We supply broaching machine, jigs, & broach tools as a turn key solution.
* ##### What is the lead time?  
It depends on our stock status and how complicated the broaching machine is. Normally, it takes at most 15 days if we have the suitable broaching machine in stock,For broaching machine that needs to be manufacturered from the start to finish,it generally takes us about 60 to 90 days.For complicated machines,it shall take us about 90 to 120 days.
* ##### What is your payment terms?  
Our payment term is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before shipment
* ##### What is your warranty policy?  
We provide 12 monthly warranty under proper use. will provide remote assistance and send free replacement parts under the warranty period.
* ##### What is the production standard of the broach?  
The broach we produce is followed the standard of DIN 1417 (Deutsehe Industrie Normen).
* ##### Can you send engineers overseas for on-site installation,training or testing service?  
Because of Covid-19,travel abroad is not possible right now,we only provide remote commissioning services and remote technical asistance.All machine will be tested and commissioned for use before dispatch.If customers need on-site service,we can hire third party engineers for the work but the costumers should pay the cost.
* ##### How do you fit the height of the broaching machine into container?  
We will put the machine horizontally during packing. Therefore, it can be put into normal container.
* ##### What is the voltage of the machine?  
The standard voltage is 3 phase, 220 V, 60 Hz. The voltage can be customized as per customer’s requirements.
* ##### How do you make the machine body, welding or casting?  
Welding. It provides lots of flexibility for customized requirements.
* ##### How to ensure the quality of welding body?  
The whole welding process is done and controlled in house. After welding there will be tempering process for stress relieving.
* ##### Can broaching be applied to any hardness?  
Tool life is good when hardness of the product is under HRC 25\. When hardness is above HRC 25, tool life will be reduced significantly. Broaching is not recommanded if the hardness is more than HRC 32.
* ##### Is it possible to clean the broach tool automatically?  
Yes. The auto tool cleaning device is designed according to the shape of the broach tool.
